FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

First of all make sure that the NeckBc™ is fully charged. Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds, you should hear a beep before you can make it work. The power is automatically set to zero so you need to press the + button on the remote control to adjust the strength, there is a 15 gear force adjustment so you could find the perfect strength for you. Every time when you will try to adjust the strength with + & - button you must hear a beep. Everytime when you change the mode pressing the M button on the remote control the strength will restore to 0, please press + again. To turn on/off the heat please press the first button on the remote control.
When the device power is low, the switch will flash blue quickly. Then, you need to charge it. While the massager is being charging, the switch will flash red. The red light will keep red and stop flash if the massager is fully charged. The neck massager will not work while charging. When charging is complete, unplug the wire to use it.
Please kindly note that this cordless device needs to work with the remote to adjust the modes and intensities.
The remote control is powered by CR2032 3V lithium battery which has a long standby time, so it's not necessary to change frequently.

This device uses low frequency electric pulse therapy. Never use NeckBc™ massager if you have a metal implants and with the following medical electronic devices: heart pacemakers, artificial heart, lungs and other life - supporting medical electronic devices.

Make sure to consult a doctor  before you try it.

Please let us know any opportunity you have with your order as soon as possible. The order may be cancelled if has not been processed and shipped, once it is shipped you have to wait to get it and return it back to get a refund.

If this happens to you, please contact us at support@neckbc.com as soon as you get the product so we can fix quickly your displeasure. Please include your order number, photos of the item(s) and all related references. Our support team will review the photos you send of the item and, if your item is eligible, we will resend a new product to you for no additional cost on the same day. If the replacement is not possible we will reimburse you the full cost of the product.
