This device uses low frequency electric pulse therapy. Never use NeckBc™ massager if you have a metal implants and with the following medical electronic devices: heart pacemakers, artificial heart, lungs and other life - supporting medical electronic devices.
Make sure to consult a doctor before you try it.
Please let us know any opportunity you have with your order as soon as possible. The order may be cancelled if has not been processed and shipped, once it is shipped you have to wait to get it and return it back to get a refund.

You can be absolutely sure that all of your purchases from us are safe and secure. Our processing payments are using Stripe getaway. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification. All payments are verified by Stripe to prevent fraud.
If this happens to you, please contact us at support@neckbc.com as soon as you get the product so we can fix quickly your displeasure. Please include your order number, photos of the item(s) and all related references. Our support team will review the photos you send of the item and, if your item is eligible, we will resend a new product to you for no additional cost on the same day. If the replacement is not possible we will reimburse you the full cost of the product.
